Improvement
- Introduced an organisational
structure to an European business moving from 26
independent country units to a 4 area 'hub and
satellite'.
- Rationalised a service function
from 13 departments down to six with a 10% staff
reduction and a real budget saving of 6%.
- Took the lead in setting up a
performance focus based upon a capability approach to
people management. This included purpose designed
training and development programmes, formal management
reviews, and a performance planning process.

development programme based upon work books and
facilitated meetings.
